01Agreement to Terms
By accessing, purchasing, or using any products, services, content, or memberships provided by PropzSniper (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, subscribers, and customers.
02Description of Services
PropzSniper provides data-driven sports analytics, betting insights, projections, educational content, and related digital services (“Services”). This includes but is not limited to:
- Player prop analysis
- Hit rate data and projections
- Betting insights and recommendations
- Subscription-based premium content
- Automated tools, dashboards, and reports
All content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
03No Gambling or Financial Advice
- All information is opinion-based and data-driven analysis
- We do not guarantee outcomes, profits, or winnings
- You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on our content
- Sports betting involves risk, and you may lose money
By using our Services, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your actions.
04Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction)
- Comply with all local laws regarding sports betting and online services
We are not responsible for users accessing our Services from jurisdictions where such activities are restricted or illegal.
05Account & Subscription Terms
5.1 Subscriptions
Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees
- Provide accurate billing information
- Maintain account security
5.2 Billing
- Subscriptions may be recurring unless stated otherwise
- Payments are processed at the beginning of each billing cycle
- Failure to pay will result in termination of access
06Refunds
All sales are final once access is claimed, meaning once you connect your Whop account to the PropzSniper Discord or sign in to propzsniper.pro. In summary:
- First-time purchases where access has not been claimed may be refunded if requested within 3 days (72 hours) of purchase
- Billing errors (duplicate or incorrect charges, charges after cancelling, unauthorized charges) and service failures are refunded as described in the Return & Refund Policy
- Abuse of the refund policy may result in denial of future refunds and/or account termination
To request a refund, you must contact us through the official PropzSniper Discord or Whop support with proof of purchase. The Return & Refund Policy governs all refund requests.
07Intellectual Property
All content provided by PropzSniper, including but not limited to:
- Data models
- Projections
- Graphics
- Branding
- Software and tools
is the exclusive property of PropzSniper and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute content
- Resell or sublicense access
- Reverse engineer or exploit any tools or systems
Violation may result in legal action and immediate termination of access.
08User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
- Share or leak proprietary content
- Harass, abuse, or disrupt the community or platform
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
09Disclaimer of Warranties
All Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
- Accuracy of data or projections
- Continuous availability of the platform
- Error-free performance
Use of the Services is at your own risk.
10Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PropzSniper shall not be liable for:
- Any financial losses, including betting losses
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Services.
11Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate access at any time
- Remove content or features without notice
- Deny service to any user for violations of these Terms
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately.
12Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13Third-Party Services
Our Services may include links or integrations with third-party platforms. We are not responsible for:
- Third-party content or policies
- Transactions made outside our platform
Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
14Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined therein.
15Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and applicable state laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
