01Agreement to License
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and PropzSniper (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your access to and use of PropzSniper’s software, tools, analytics systems, data models, dashboards, and related services (collectively, the “Software”).
By accessing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, you must not use the Software.
02License Grant
This license does not grant you ownership of the Software or any underlying intellectual property.
03Ownership & Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software remain the exclusive property of PropzSniper, including but not limited to:
- Data models, algorithms, and methodologies
- Player projections, hit rates, and analytics outputs
- Dashboards, tools, and automation systems
- Visualizations, layouts, and UI/UX elements
- Branding, logos, and proprietary content
All content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
04Strict Usage Restrictions
You agree NOT to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly share any part of the Software
- Resell, sublicense, lease, or commercially exploit the Software
- Share access (including Discord access) with non-paying users
- Extract, scrape, download, or systematically collect data
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to recreate the Software or underlying models
- Use the Software to build, train, or enhance competing products or services
- Circumvent, bypass, or interfere with security measures or access controls
Any unauthorized use constitutes a material breach of this EULA.
05Data Access & License Scope
All data, projections, and outputs provided through PropzSniper are:
- Licensed, not sold
- Intended for temporary viewing and personal use only
- Subject to revocation at any time
You do not acquire any ownership rights to the data or outputs.
06Prohibited Commercial Use
You may not use PropzSniper’s Software, data, or outputs for:
- Running a competing analytics or betting service
- Selling picks, projections, or derived insights
- Content creation for monetized platforms using PropzSniper data
- Any business or revenue-generating activity
Explicit written permission is required for any commercial use.
07Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- All activity conducted under your account
- Ensuring compliance with this EULA
Sharing accounts or credentials is strictly prohibited.
08Monitoring & Enforcement
PropzSniper reserves the right to:
- Monitor usage patterns to detect abuse or violations
- Investigate suspected breaches of this EULA
- Take enforcement action without prior notice
09Termination & Revocation
We may suspend or terminate your license immediately if you:
- Violate this EULA or any related policy
- Engage in unauthorized use or distribution
- Attempt to exploit or harm the Software or business
Upon termination:
- Your access will be revoked immediately
- You must cease all use of the Software
- No refunds will be issued
10No Warranty
The Software is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
- Accuracy or completeness of data
- Continuous or uninterrupted access
- Error-free performance
Use of the Software is at your own risk.
11Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PropzSniper shall not be liable for:
- Financial losses, including betting losses
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
12Injunctive Relief
You acknowledge that any breach of this EULA, particularly regarding intellectual property or unauthorized distribution, may cause irreparable harm.
PropzSniper reserves the right to seek:
- Injunctive relief
- Legal damages
- Enforcement of rights without the requirement of posting bond
13Integration with Terms of Service
This EULA is incorporated into and supplements the PropzSniper Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict, this EULA shall govern specifically with respect to Software licensing and usage.
14Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Software after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
15Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and applicable state laws.
