This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you access or use our services, including our website (propzsniper.pro), Discord community, tools, and subscription products (collectively, the “Services”).

- Name or username
- Email address
- Billing and payment information (payments are processed by Whop; we never receive or store your full card details)
- Communications (support messages, feedback, etc.)

We may receive information from third-party services such as:
- Payment processors (Whop provides your plan, membership status and purchase history, and your Whop user ID, username and email if you sign in with Whop)
- Analytics providers
- Social or community platforms (e.g., Discord)
2.3 Information Collected Automatically
- Pages visited and referring site
- Approximate location derived from IP address
- Browser and device type
- Page performance data

We use your information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain our Services
- Process transactions and manage subscriptions

04Sharing and Disclosure of Information
We do not sell your personal data to data brokers or anyone else for money. Our advertising may count as “sharing” under some state privacy laws; see Section 9. We may share your information in the following cases:
4.1 Service Providers
With trusted third parties that help operate our business, such as:
- Whop: payments, memberships, sign-in, the conversion pixel and advertising
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram): ad delivery and measurement, through Whop
- Supabase: database hosting for accounts and saved props
- Vercel: website hosting, analytics and performance monitoring
- DeepSeek: generates AI Insights text; only the player and stat data for that request is sent, not your name or email
- Google: font delivery
4.2 Legal Requirements
If required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests (e.g., court orders, subpoenas).
4.3 Business Transfers
In connection with a merger, sale, or acquisition of assets.
05Data Retention
We retain your information only as long as necessary to:
- Provide our Services
- Comply with legal obligations
- Resolve disputes and enforce agreements
You may request deletion of your data, subject to legal and operational requirements.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data, including encrypted connections, hashed passwords and signed session cookies. However, no system is 100% secure.
You acknowledge that:
- Data transmission over the internet carries inherent risks
- We cannot guarantee absolute security

08Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to:
- Enhance user experience
- Analyze usage patterns
- Store preferences
- Measure advertising
Specifically:
- Sign-in cookie (pz_session): keeps you signed in for up to 60 days. Required for the app to work.
- Local storage: your browser stores preferences such as theme, selected sport and layout, and the props you track while signed out. This stays on your device.
- Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights: measure visits and page performance.
- Whop pixel: records page views on our site and, if you later purchase through Whop, links that purchase back to your visit.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect functionality.
09Advertising
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram (Meta) through Whop’s advertising service. To do that:
- Information about visits to our site and purchases (from the Whop pixel) is shared with Whop, and through Whop with Meta, to measure which ads lead to sign-ups and to deliver ads more effectively.
- Whop may use our customer information, such as whether and when you purchased, to build advertising audiences, for example to stop showing ads to existing members or to find people similar to our members.
- This means your activity on our site may be used to show you ads on other sites and apps (“cross-context behavioral advertising”). Under some U.S. state laws this counts as “sharing” or a “sale” of personal information, even though no money changes hands.
You can ask us to opt you out of advertising use by contacting us (Section 14). You can also limit ad tracking in your browser or device settings, and manage how Meta uses your information in your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences.
10Third-Party Links and Platforms
Our Services may link to or integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Discord, payment gateways). We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
We encourage you to review their policies separately.
11Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18 (or the legal age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
If we become aware of such data, we will take steps to delete it.
12International Users
If you access our Services from outside the United States, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
13Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
